The Dewalt Impact ready is the way to go. We are electrical contractors and we use hole saws every day. We have found these to be the most durable and longer lasting than the traditional hole saws. Clean cuts and a ton faster. Easier to get into tight spots since it is on the impact.

These eat through metal like a knife through butter. I have drilled 30 holes with several sizes and these things still cut like they are new.
The cutting blade is very thin; this keeps heat down, means less material is being removed, and prolongs the life. A spring in the center pops out the waste material.
