I am very happy with this stand. I have the DW717 slide miter from Dewalt. I looked at several different stands before ordering this one. I didn't get it just because it was the same brand as my saw but it sure does look good with all that yellow. This is a well-built stand that supports a good bit of weight. The mounting brackets are included in this one but you could order one without the brackets as well (but you need them to mount your saw on it). Overall I am very happy with this product; the price was about $30 cheaper than the local stores. If you are wanting a well built but light stand then you should order this one for sure.

I purchased this unit primarily as a stand for my new miter saw for which it works perfectly. The unit was very easy to assemble-- instructions were clear and uncomplicated. The Miter Saw Mounting Brackets fit perfectly, are easy to put on and take off, and easily adjustable to fit the saw. When not in use the DeWalt Heavy Duty Work Stand folds easily either with or without the saw attached and neatly stores away in the garage. The added bonus of having a heavy duty "sawhorse" also fits my needs!
